Once audit and initial 10k is filed then will move off the pink and onto higher tier QB. AKA audited financials and fully reporting with the SEC vs pinks that dont have any SEC filing requirements.
Once the audit is filed the terms for uplist will be completed. The audit needs to be filed before any uplist can take place. Then AMFE will shed its pink badge and receive an OTCQB badge
It's a good thing Roger got the App in early. Once the audit and the revised Qs are filed (now including Q3), OTCM will consider the application to uplist.
In my opinion, it implies that Roger doesn’t know what he is doing. Like you said, he filed that paperwork back in January, and then he continued to put out bad info to the investment community about when an audit would be finalized, look at the shareprice the last 6 plus months, then look at all the tweets and PRs that came out in that time, then look at how many of those tweets and PRs that have been fulfilled. Roger Rabbit needs a new bag of carrots. Next.
