Like you said, he filed that paperwork back in January, and then he continued to put out bad info to the investment community about when an audit would be finalized, look at the shareprice the last 6 plus months, then look at all the tweets and PRs that came out in that time, then look at how many of those tweets and PRs that have been fulfilled.
