Justfrank, another possibility is that this so called transition period includes the current SEC investigation. Since Tim was at the helm when these questionable transactions took place he may be required to account for them. I can't see how that would happen if he cleaned his desk out, besides that would also lean toward admission of wrong doing. There are so many unknowns with this company it's impossible to figure this out. How does a company with 5 divisions, 65 people in Globetel, roughly forty some in Sanswire never manage to accomplish anything. What have all these people been doing? All I have seen are excuses and we are this close. I honestly can't tell what is real in this company or some piece of Tim's imagination..
Until we get some kind of real/valid status from new management or the SEC we are basically left in the dark and anything is possible...JMHO

My opinion...

The people at GTE are committed and focused to a higher goal (something some people will never understand) - the stratellite and the other GTE businesses. Tim Huff as CEO was not the best for the company. He has tremendous background in the tech field. So often, employees are promoted from a position in which they excelled into a position (Peter Principle) of greater management and do not succeed.

I agree with Justfrank....

This will be a stellar day! Best to all....

"that little matter called delisting"

and the good folks at the AMEX threw in the "overvalued intangible assets" for the SEC to investigate...AMEX defeated a starting company they took under their wing. Globetel was not a fraud nor failed company. Just defeated...did the AMEX consider public investors? NO, just the counterfeit shorts.

I have a letter from an AMEX insider...tells of self dealing corruption and criminality, and these crooks are still inside!

I would have never invested in Globetel had I known filthy crooks run the AMEX.

Have to agree with Vern on this one.
I've handled many re-orgs and most employees on good terms
have stayed on thru the transitional period before
being let go.
