Justfrank, another possibility is that this so called transition period includes the current SEC investigation. Since Tim was at the helm when these questionable transactions took place he may be required to account for them. I can't see how that would happen if he cleaned his desk out, besides that would also lean toward admission of wrong doing. There are so many unknowns with this company it's impossible to figure this out. How does a company with 5 divisions, 65 people in Globetel, roughly forty some in Sanswire never manage to accomplish anything. What have all these people been doing? All I have seen are excuses and we are this close. I honestly can't tell what is real in this company or some piece of Tim's imagination..
Until we get some kind of real/valid status from new management or the SEC we are basically left in the dark and anything is possible...JMHO
