My opinion...

The people at GTE are committed and focused to a higher goal (something some people will never understand) - the stratellite and the other GTE businesses. Tim Huff as CEO was not the best for the company. He has tremendous background in the tech field. So often, employees are promoted from a position in which they excelled into a position (Peter Principle) of greater management and do not succeed.

I agree with Justfrank....
