DUE DILIGENCE - NO DUMMY

Wow, how did you find all this information? That is amazing research and due diligence.

What do you recommend doing with this information? It appears Data443 and Classidocs are real.

Could it be the case that the shell wasn't really hijacked, but that there is additional information supporting a true shell takeover/merger that hasn't been found?

I am truly interested and curious about all this as I am long LDSR.

Is it the same William Alessi of Alpha Modus and Hybrid Titan Management as others stated? It is a common name.

I see you aren't making any recommendations. What is your advise?

LDSR was part of a group of companies that were sold to Ray Barton and company by Miny:

Nice read. Question, does North Carolina require the Nevada LDSR to be in good standing IF they are merging as a holding company?

It seems pretty clear that a re-domiciling in NC requires a certificate of good standing for the move to occur. But this was a re-domiciling executed through a merger instead and the details are a little unclear. TIA

Notice that Colettes and Alessi other ticker UBLI suspended today by the SEC. They are also involved in LSTG. That will be the next one to go.

Kuddos to Carini. DKTS appears to be Alessi’s next target. Big violume today. Usually it doesn’t trade.

Alonzo Pierce hijacked that shell when it was the TEMN shell, but not before Craig Huffman shook him down for 125MM free trading shares via a Hillborough County Court.

I've replied to nodummy's meticulous walk through the LDSR shell stuff. If you read through his post and the replies, you get a picture that is at least clearer mud.

What a mess. If you look through LDSR's financial information, it appears as though the CEO was acting on behalf of the NC entity, filing a name change and intending to merge the NV entity into it, then *poof* the merger is off and he's now the NV entity (based on his clarification just posted to that board).
