It was hard to miss a complete and total BS promotion that was done shortly beforehand! False stories of filings dropping, reverse mergers, huge business deals to be announced, etc. that were being floated as the share price climbed and rapidly collapsed on all traders' heads...
They certainly would have received DOZENS of complaints about that P&D!
Clearly that was the catalyst that brought the eyes upon DBMM...
Not a simple PR announcing the public decision made by the judge!
Simple lack of filing. Could have been handled differently and avoided a black mark on the company. Show me any company that's recovered from a revocation hearing of their own doing.
