Nah... that's nonsense! What specific to DBMM caused suspension when other companies go years without any filings and no suspensions? simple, Asher PR. When SEC/FINRA is watching Asher like a hawk, a PR announcing they now own a public company would surely 'wake up' the beast. DBMM filed the required NT filings, which again, many that are behind in their filings, don't even file, yet are not suspended. go dbmm go
