it all started because of something out of their control much like SDRG that had to claw its way back up. could they have filed to go non reporting? yes, but based on the court documents, i'm guessing the non-equity funding was tied to them being a reporting company. again, imo Asher triggered the suspension due to the PR they released. what company has seen a revocation hearing go on for this long with the judge extending the date further now... like or dislike dbmm, there is something more to it or we'd have seen the decision months ago.
