I am going to reach out to Roger and ask him about this. I think RingRock made a good point. Perhaps they have a way to stabilize the bread that is dependent on more natural products.

I know NSI revenue could easily beat their old revenue levels. I hope Mr.Racioppo has a few more salespeople at NSI. Sales in food dirtibution means you have to beat the street with your feet. Totally agree!... jus would love to preserve the integrity of the food as superior to fast food joints,... i believe promoting superior healthy, Fresh food in the restaurant environment will far outweigh any benefits of beefing up early revenue streams... big picture, long, in my mind!... ...

Actually I think there is less preservatives thus the "clean label"
