I stand corrected. Cross out the word "special." Pretend it never made it into that post. As always, you are correct - It is a PCAOB registered accounting firm.

Howwwwww ever, according to the dictionary, definition #4 of the word 'special' is as follows: "4. having a specific or particular function, purpose, etc."

I would say, appointing a PCAOB registered accounting firm to oversee the reporting of SIGO pretty much qualifies as having a specific or particular function, purpose, etc. In fact, I can't think of a better definition than the word 'special', because their job is of a 'specific or particular function, purpose.' Do you not agree?

I'll stick with 'special,' if you don't mind? You have a habit of nitpicking posts from time to time. Just thought I'd throw it back at ya! LOL.
