The company did indicate that they may possibly raise funds via preferred shares. In that case, it is not immediately dilutive and depending on the conversion rate. The market will view this as positive since it gives the company breathing space until P3 is complete.

Wholeheartedly agree!!! I have been long on the stock since the 2012. I sold half at 0.26 and buying right back when the financing happens, which should be by next week. imo
