Did the dilution give NWBO a cash runway and thus take away the near term need for financing and more dilution?

No.

By near term I mean within two months and probably a lot less.

Did a large number of buyers or big buyers step in?

No and the volume tells us that.

So, therefore, celebrating this “trend” out of the historical context is misleading especially when the most logical explanation based on past history is that this is price manipulation preceding another financing and not the fact that someone knows something positive.
