Thanks Flipper. To me NWBO is worth 16 to 18 cents right now until proven otherwise. I might average down more at that level if it gets crammed down when the speculation bubble or manipulation is burst.

But buying more at this level is a good way to negate the gains I made by averaging down with shares at the 16 cents.

If I am wrong and NWBO rockets up never to return to the 16-18 cent range then I will be more than happy.
