I wholeheartedly agree with you. Apple, if they used BMG as I suspect they did for the back, what a miss in terms of advertising possibilities..i.e. a new "space age" material. As a child of the 50s who
ate that kind of language up….who doesn't want a product made of the latest and greatest stuff?
And the durability factor alone…I would have thought mentioning a material like this is a pure-play marketing 101 tactic.

I think Cook was probably too fixated on his Alien emoji….and that idiotic piece of software…probably didn't want to steal the thunder away from all the other bells and whistles that clearly Wall Street wasn't impressed with. It was a big SO WHAT.

Apple needs to really up it's game: come through with an iCar or some other revolutionary product we didn't anticipate….perhaps Tesla with a body made of Liquidmetal will beat them to the punch.

I hope Li does in fact have the legal room to make other CE products out of his own formulations.

Li is either real ballsy to use an Apple logo in the published art or there is a NDA between those two. If the former Li would get roughed up by Apple for trademark concerns...

I betcha if someone asked BJ Watrous, we would quickly find out if someone has overstepped their boundaries.
