Royalties would be nice, but isn't this about manufacture? There was never any restriction on LQMT manufacturing for Apple. I asked that of LQMT years ago and they said there were no restrictions and the contract with Apple doesn't put any limitation on that.
I don't see Lugee Li putting up over 100 mill USD and a Chinese Symposium for limited production. He's putting the capacity in place.
