#30053 RE: JW4 #30052

If Amy Boylan is acting as the President of Saleen Motors International (SMI) and as Chief Operating Officer of Publicly Traded Saleen Automotive (SLNN) and there is a Licensing agreement that pays SMI (Steve Saleen CEO of Saleen Automotive) for cars sold in China, Europe or the USA that is the definition of "Conflict of Interest".
Who is protecting the SLNN shareholders interest? Not Amy or Steve can be relied on to maximize profits for Saleen Automotive if the proceeds from the sale of cars is going to SMI (Steve Saleen & Amy Boylan) rather than to Saleen Automotive (SLNN).
Put another way, if this was an honest business deal between GTA and Steve Saleen then why create a SEPERATE entity called SMI to collect royalties? Why not have the proceeds from GTA sales in China, Europe & the USA go straight to Saleen Automotive where the SLNN shareholders could/should benefit?
This is a highly IRREGULAR in my opinion for cash earned from royalties to be diverted from publicly traded Saleen Automotive (SLNN) to SMI and paid directly to Steve Saleen & possibly Amy Boylan, in my opinion.
Why would anyone invest in a publicly traded company whose CEO, COO & President are working for a Different Private Company in the same industry and getting paid for their time & effort away from the Publicly traded company? That is not ethical in my opinion.
