Somewhere in the past I remember some talk about a contingency
agreement with F&J. Could that be a tie-in with the 28 million claim now being spoken about and could that be a fee earned from other licencing parties , such as AT&t,when the Nokia rate is set by the settling of the Ericy lawsuit? tucker

hey bulldzr, sorry if you didn't like what I posted regarding W-TDD, but I call it as I see it. BTW, I didn't say it would be worthless vaporware; I said it would enjoy niche status. I certainly could be proven wrong, but IDCC themselves said they will be putting off investment in field trial demonstration products until they see demand to warrant it. In other words, the interest simply isn't there right now. Does that not tell you something?

Bulldzr, I wouldn't worry about the $28 million out insurance carrier wants. I predict IDCC gets it reduced to a much more manageable number, perhaps as low as $5-$8 million total.

But it does look like some form of the golden rule is being applied here, bully others and they will bully you.
