mschere, thanks...we are all now very well informed about tantivy. If there is even 100 words left in the world's library and internet websites that include the words "tantivy" or "i-cdma" I believe you will post those as well. Thanks again, all of this may come to fruition some day, but I hope it doesn't turn into the latest wink and nod hype from IDCC. Since we have the engine and transmission...what is tantivy? the steering wheel?...or are we all just rear ends?
I would hope IDCC could just stop and take care of business for a change. The "watershed" event is turning into a stagnant dried up West Texas stock tank, and I cross my fingers everyday when I check the IDCC news hoping not to hear that NEC hasn't jumped on the feedwagon and is once again telling us to stick it. Even our insurance carrier is bullying us around now to the tune of $28M. Have you ever asked yourself..."Why do these things always happen to IDCC?"
And we even have some a hole like ed ferrari posting that W-TDD will be just worthless vaporware in a few years...now isn't that special!!! What's with his sorry arse? Yet the techies here and over at RB just let it pass...carefull...you might get tossed in Matt's Jailhouse, LOL! But hell, what can we say? Even our esteemed management is putting TDD on the back burner, and talking about collecting the last $1M from NOK when we deliver the final product...geesh. Why don't we just give the stuff to them for nothin'? They are taking us to court, refuse to pay us what we say they owe, have accused IDCC management of improper trading, and we are naive enough to state in our 10Q that we are looking forward to another $1M from them...
Meanwhile Rip, Merritt, Fagan, and Harry and the other Board members are sittin' pretty...Harry is pissed when the shareholder's don't give him what he wants, stomps out of the ASM like a punk teenager I hear...yet he could probably have everything he wants if they would simply do there jobs and execute and share the whole story with stockholders. All these deals....Siemens, Matsu...Samx...NOK...nothing but trouble like JPO, indemnifier (oh yeah, no big deal! The 3G licenses are just gonna start rolling in any day).
This is becoming uncomfortably stale...I think I'm gonna take the bulldozer off my signature after this post. Just a waste of electrons, IMO.
