Unverifiable claims do not have much credibility. Obviously I disagree with you 100%. It is not fair to the company to assume they are a scam simply because of the 'Pink Penny History' which has little to do with their specific situation IMO. I think the company has done a fantastic job in informing the shareholders of developments.
It is simply your opinion that the share structure needs to be updated at least once a month. It is not verifiable that in fact only a scam company would decide that is not necessary to do.
What really matters IMO for their credibility is reporting according to SEC requirements. While not yet verified, we have compelling anectodal evidence to support the idea that they are being audited for that exact purpose right now.
