That would be 100% wrong. RJDG, and 100s of others, choose their TA specifically because they are gagged. Thus, the company is protected and can operate in the shadows while the shareholders are kept in the dark.

The company is most definitely, "hiding something from shareholders." To argue otherwise is disingenuous and absurd! I believe most people would agree with me, 9 out of 10 at least. Logic and the weight of Pink Penny History says the TA was chosen because it self-gags. If that were not absolutely true, RJDG would update shareholders on the share structure at least once/month. It is vital information.
