I am more worried about being fair to investors than fair to the company! The company has all the tools at their disposal to take care of themselves. The #1 tools, the company has would be performance, verifiable reports and audits. They don't use any of those. not one thing they have claimed is independently verifiable ... not one.
Brewer and his boys read the board ... daily and often times hourly. I've been more than fair to them by saying everything publicly. I haven't gone skulking around revealing/alleging things by PM that i haven't published for all to see. They could have proved their hype at any time, but they have chosen not to do so. Why? because they can't.
BTW, it is my opinion that the share structure should be updated DAILY! At least on these horrible pinkies. It would neither be hard or costly to do. I will guarantee the TA has these #s almost instantaneously available. it is the digital age where info is available at the speed of light. There is only one reason the company has a gagged TA, to hide dilution. There is no other reason. Everybody knows that to be true.
