There really isn't enough info yet to ascertain whether gulash's attorney is claiming gulash isn't involved with nanosux. Involved, but not with the recent lawsuit actions?
Gulash can claim he wasn't on board for any of the previous accusations, thus not a party?

Long Side lawsuit update? Curious to know what the judge had to say about Dr. Ivan Gulas claiming not to be a party to NTEK being the ex CEO and David Foley claiming he is currently still the head of Ultraflix.

Gulas has been ordered (yet again) to appear tomorrow in Broward County.


I'd put my money on another load of BS "not involved" filing from his attorney, but with all the evidence filed by Long Side, you never know. On the downhill slide towards 80, Gulas might just cut his losses and throw the entire Foley scam under the bus in court.

Thinking out load, perhaps the 10 milly in fresh new dilution was to buy off his silence. Who knows?

The truth will come out eventually.
