GULAS DEFIES ORDER, CLAIMS HE'S "NOT A PARTY"

Well well - this is interesting. If appears that Gulas defied the court order to appear, with his attorney claiming that he is "not a party to this lawsuit."

I thought Gulas was the CEO? I also recall the Long Side attorneys filing the SHL dated February 6, 2017 and signed by Gulas as evidence in this matter, as well as several press releases where Gulas was quoted as CEO of the company. Now Gulas is claiming he has nothing to do with them? Did his attorney even review the evidence filed before claiming Gulas isn't involved?

Very confusing.
