NTEK has willfully failed to comply with every single order as already signed by the judge:

NTEK defied the first court order to pay the original monies owed.

NTEK defied the second court order to pay the monies they themselves agreed to in the settlement agreement.

NTEK defied the third court order to comply with the ruling that compelled them to disclose Form 1.977 as directed by the judge.

NTEK defied the forth court order to comply with the Judgement Creditor's first request for production in aide of execution.

NTEK defied the fifth court order to comply with the Judgement Creditor's second request for production in aid of execution.

NTEK defied the sixth court order to comply (with the judge's order to comply) with the above.

NTEK defied the seventh court order to to deliver the shares of free trading stock owed.

NTEK defied the eighth court order to comply with the order to appear at the hearing regarding the alleged discovery obligations above despite proper notice.

NTEK defied the ninth court order to appear on the judge's order to show cause.

Pretty sure I've only provided a top-line summary and many more orders were not complied with over the course of this lawsuit.
