I have personally spoke to RO and he said the FINRA dont care about legal or business issues when it comes to the ticker and name change period! They only want to see proof the name was properly changed with the state and all that!

I could be wrong, but I believe FINRA is more of an administrative organ and oversees the application processes only. As long as the paperwork is in order, they have no authority to make decisions regarding corporate litigation. Especially that the applicant is not the defendant in jeopardy position.

My question is this: if FINRA wants to wait until after this lawsuit is settled and RO has stated before that he wants to roll out financials along with ticker change, will we meet the may 15th deadline?
