FINRA doesn't care about the lawsuit. They care about the name change with the state, which has been completed.

That's not a hard deadline. It's a suggested deadline. Most companies file shortly after.

Finra has no reason to wait on the lawsuit. Why would they? The OS is known. All shares are accounted for. The only thing the lawsuit will do is remove those 54 mil shares in question from the OS and retire them into the treasury.

Likely, finra was waiting on the Wyoming SOS name change to become official, which it did this week. The change will come soon
