But it seems they want to post it after the ticker change.
And actually that's what I would like to talk to the man. I am a little concerned about this ticker change.
Here is what I think:
- FINRA is the one that does the ticker change
- Usually FINRA ask questions
- FINRA may ask questions about the share structure
- FINRA will then detect the issue with the 54M shares and the lawsuit
- In my opinion, there is the possibility of FINRA says: "we're only going to perform the ticker change after this issue with lawsuit is resolved".
Which is not a problem in my point of view - it just may delay things a little (or a lot, who knows?)
