Does this new plan change anything that is spelled out in the 8K on May 23 2016? As far as whether or not we will own shares in Pixelmags if they sell SPCL? And or if the reverse split happens, will our shares still be worth something? It won't be like a bankruptcy and some new plan will lead to our shares being worth nothing in the end and a new set of common shares are issued under a new company?

Not sure I understand...

How does Pixelmags essentially performing a friendly takeover of a company they already control make things any easier as far as the SEC is concerned? They will still have to file the financials, etc.

And, if they are doing as you say, would they not need to file Form 4's once they reached 5% ownership?

Also, would they not be subject to insider trading rules, similar to an individual?

I only have knowledge of "reverse" mergers with "shell" companies with zero assets, where the share exchange did not occur in plain view. I am guessing this merger is more complicated/messy? Maybe they needed to "off" the Solaris asset before the share exchange could take place to keep things cleaner?

I dunno. I am not pretending to understand all of this, but your take seems good. And that huge "sell" Thursday does not concern me at all. Sealing the deal? Guess tomorrow will be interesting ...are they finished? GLT Everyone!
