Hello LJ .. I think you miss understood my post .. that's not what
I said ..

Ok what I said :

Pixel mags MERGED with SPCL , as subsidiary ..

Now we all agree PIXEL MAGS is the one with $$ here .. and it own SPCL & controls SPCL ..


The big thing here .. the shares are STILL owned by SPCL ( under SPCL name ) & not PIXEL MAGS .

That's why when you buy share today you are BUYING SPCL .. & NOT .."Pixelmags shares" .. technically WE DO OWN ( SPCL ) shares , and (SPCL ) has a subsidiary company called pixel mags .. ( that's they r independent of SPCL ) as of today ..

I think what happened here ..


originally they (pixel mags ) thought they can just merge and then change ticker and uplist ..

But during process they realized that's it's becoming complicated bc of the sec. requirements balance sheets debts .. etc .. .. so they decided to switch plans .. To them changing ownership .. that means ( The subsidiary PIXEL MAGS will own the shares ) .. and eventually sell SPCL ..

If you think about it .. it will make sense .. & things will be less complicated for them ..
