My post is not to suggest the value will change this whole conversion started based on reason(s) of the delays .. nothing bad will happen it be good for all of us .. run to north of .01 or higher is coming soon

my bad, I read too quickly. I know it's just speculation but I hope that is not the case. If they did sell all the PESA tech I don't know what would be left of SPCL to keep. If they don't change because it's complicated then that's just not good at all. I think we will all know shortly
