Hey DD-Dempsey great stuff...though I do have one question. All the DD is about PLPL...why not just buy PLPL. I don't see why PLPL need TXTM, I don't see what TXTM brings to the table for PLPL...any insight on this?

Do I understand this right?! Basically PLPL was involved in drafting the Bill to legalize marijuana in South Africa and PLPL/TXTM has an exclusive license? I'm a little confused about the worldwide license part. Can you explain that part further?

South Africa Medical council is suppose to provide blue print for MMJ this month...Jan 2017 (no set date).

They are going to sign to legalize MMJ in Feb 2017 (no set date).

MMJ to freely use in SA by April 2017 (no set date).

I read it a few times and have a couple of questions.

You states that Plandai is becoming the majority owner of Protext. I understand this to mean that Plandai is taking control of Protex. Why does Plandai need Protext?

The sticky on 1/11/17 below yours, states that Protext will be acquiring Plandai. I understand this to mean Protex taking control of Plandai. They want/need Plandai's technology.
Is this incorrect? If so, why is it stickied?

Do you know why the wording in the Plandai and Protext are different?

If I'm reading this right Plandaí SA is a subsidiary of Plandai Inc. TXTM is becoming Plandai SA, not Plantai Inc. Plantai SA (TXTM) does not have the monopoly Plantai Inc does, SA is a subsidiary.

Are you suggesting that Plandaí Biotechnology, Inc. and Plandaí Biotechnology South Africa (PTY) LTD "Plandaí SA, are completely separate companies with no connection.

The least bit of real DD shows that this was setup as a scam from the beginning.
