Do I understand this right?! Basically PLPL was involved in drafting the Bill to legalize marijuana in South Africa and PLPL/TXTM has an exclusive license? I'm a little confused about the worldwide license part. Can you explain that part further?

"THIS BILL, Which went through and PASSED in South Africa in late 2016, with a few changes that eliminated recreational and commercial marijuana from legality. THIS LAW, IN EFFECT, allows for the medical marijuana research and exploration and well as the beginning of application of MMJ to patients. Now guess who holds the worldwide license that is fully effectuated here for South Africa? "
