I read it a few times and have a couple of questions.

You states that Plandai is becoming the majority owner of Protext. I understand this to mean that Plandai is taking control of Protex. Why does Plandai need Protext?

The sticky on 1/11/17 below yours, states that Protext will be acquiring Plandai. I understand this to mean Protex taking control of Plandai. They want/need Plandai's technology.
Is this incorrect? If so, why is it stickied?

Do you know why the wording in the Plandai and Protext are different?
