(OTCPINK: TXTM) announced that it has completed the acquisition of Plandaí Biotechnology South Africa (PTY) LTD “Plandaí SA”, a wholly owned subsidiary of Plandaí Biotechnology, Inc., publicly traded under the ticker (PLPL). Plandaí SA is a biotechnology firm engaged in the research and development of botanical extracts, such as green tea, aimed at treating metabolic disorders, including diabetes. The parent company of Plandaí SA, Plandaí Biotechnology, Inc., is the culmination of over 10 years of research and development in the field of plant extracts with principle holdings including raw materials processing, infrastructure, production facilities, farms and land totaling 7500 acres in the province of Mpumalanga, South Africa.

TXTM has NOTHING to do with the 2/1/2017 MMJ legalization in Africa because it's a "TEA" stock, NOT a MMJ stock.
