Years ago Andy could have secured legitimate financing and avoided all the BS dogging him. Now, who knows. The product has merit,but I can not imagine major money being invested in BIEL with Andy & kin anywhere nearby. IMHO
share structure will be in the annual report - unfortunately rules do not insist on a separate Q4 report. If you want something earlier than end March ask SEC/OTC to change their regulations.
The MD state filings will be updated as well as before.
R/S would only be cosmetic without a fundamental change in the business such as FDA oTC clearance. Andy has said he will then address the share structure, silly to waste non-existing cash on such an academic exercise
there is no dumping from the company today the secondary shareholders that IBEX sells to could be selling some shares to get cash for Xmas presents
The average time share are held by such individuals is 4 years according to SEC documents.
No one is making money on BIEL shares at these prices not even IBEX. Everyone has one interest and that is the success of BIEL, by investing in the stock you are moving closer to allowing the general population of the USA access to a safe and cheap alternative to pain medication .
