I wish the TA would tell us the share structure.

The O/S must be REALLY close to the A/S of 15 billion. I suspect BIEL raised the A/S in Q4 (and of course didn't tell us).

This share structure is insane. I've literally NEVER SEEN a pinksheet O/S higher than about 6 billion -- they all do a R/S long before 6 billion to hide the extent of their dilution. I wonder if Andy even knows HOW to do a reverse split. The time to R/S was about 10 billion shares ago!
