No one is making money on BIEL shares at these prices not even IBEX.

Here's the likely note conversion process for IBEX:

1) Submit the form 144 to register and sell 50M shares
2) Sell the shares at $0.0003 for $15,000
3) Submit a note conversion demand to BIEL for 50M shares at $0.00015 (50% of the low closing price,) reducing the convertible note by $7,500
4) BIEL has the Transfer Agent issue the shares

End Result: IBEX pockets $7,500 (100%) profit on the $7,500 loan.
