agreed in full on the risk here.
IIRC, the buying started in small chunks
and gradually built into larger blocks that peaked in size mid-july.

seems like it could have been an organic feedback process.

we certainly don't have any news of progress that would justify the buying since then.

ie: anyone who bought a ton in early july
has been sitting on dead money for over a month now.

so insider leak seems less likely source of the buying?
