don't know..could be leak or someone connected to those n the know..if something were going to become of this ticker down the road..in my opinion they would do it just as it was done...in small enough batches that wouldn't set off any volume alerts...or set off any red flags..load it up then maybe a few to 6 months to a year rip it again...but who knows..could have just been some gamblers..but if was just gamblers..they could have bought in bigger chunks if they just wanted the shares..they were there for the taking for the most part..
