It is ORDERED that Diane D. Dalmy, Esq., be permanently disqualified from appearing or practicing before the Securities and Exchange Commission as an attorney pursuant to Rule102(e)(3)(iii) of the Commission’s Rules of Practice

That should have happened years ago. It is beyond crazy how many scams she facilitated. One of the dirtiest attorneys of the past 10 years is finally officially going to be sidelined. That was way way way over due.

She seems like a habitual liar too when you read through that Administrative Proceeding - of course most dirty attorneys probably are. It takes a special kind of person to help people rob the public and break laws.

Dalmy also testified that documents were lost when her computer crashed in 2012 and a computer technician deemed it
corrupted and discarded it.

Even back in the 1990s outside of actual physical damage to the disk, there were ways to recover "corrupted" disks. The polarity of the bits die slowly, even when overwritten. And of course a lawyer would never ever think of backing up the disk for disaster recovery. Maybe that's just a trait of Microcrap lawyers? As in some things are best lost!

I wonder how many Microcraps Dalmy is currently (or suddenly no longer) associated with? Also, how many more easy Dalmys the SEC could go after - assuming they had the resources, and will to do so?

Snarky!

Diane D. Dalmy, Esq., is an “extremely busy” corporate and securities attorney in solo practice with a home office in Colorado, who advertised herself as “a recognized leader in advising and representing issuers in all methods of achieving public company status.”
