There's a superseding indictment in the Jehu Hand case:

https://www.justice.gov/usao-ma/pr/california-attorney-and-two-brothers-charged-stock-manipulation-scheme

They've added Learned Hand as a defendant, and have also added charges related to the brothers' pump and dump of Crown Marketing (CWNM).

Is Scott Wilding / Skyline Capital Investments cited in the Dalmy decision the same Wilding in the 2012 P & D lawsuit against Ajene Watson, Jeffrey Staller / Heritage Corporate Services, Eric Noveshen / Envision Capital, Curt Kramer and attorney David Price?

The same names appear in scams over and over. Is there a master list of red flag attorneys, consultants, TAs etc.

https://www.sec.gov/alj/aljdec/2016/id1042bpm.pdf

Pg 6 "On May 28, 2009, Wilding offered to wire Dalmy $1,000 for Dalmy's opinion letters and stated, 'We're almost there and wouldn't want any delays, especially now. We're golden once the shares hit our accounts, Pay day is right around the corner."

And link to the 2012 lawsuit where Scott Wilding was a defendant accused of helping orchestrate a "massive dumping" https://ericnoveshen.files.wordpress.com/2016/06/lichtvwatsont.pdf

Pg 29 "Watson, Bornstein, and Noveshen met with Defendants Koifman and Wilding and orchestrated massive dumping of the shares."

Out of the defendants of the 2012 lawsuit, Kramer has been blacklisted by FINRA, https://www.securitieslawyer101.com/2014/finra-blacklists-curt-kramer-mazuma-asher-enterprises/

TA Christopher Day not a defendant but was accused of assisting in that pump n dump, in trouble with SEC. https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2016/33-10082.pdf

The Dalmy decision shows Wilding committing fraud too. Was everyone in the Watson lawsuit connected to stock scams?
