An AGENT ID is NEVER issued using a corporate name, like MCIG.

That's a fact.

Whether an MCIG employee is granted an AGENT ID is directly dependent on whether an MME Certificate holder agrees CONTRACTURALLY to outsource services to an independent CONTRACTOR (i.e., MCIG, the company). The MME Certificate holder; i.e., Green Leaf, would register the name of the MCIG employee as an AGENT of Green Leaf.



MCIG does not have an MME Certificate from Nevada. That's a fact. Get over it. Paul FAILED to do so when he missed the 8/8/14 deadline. Since 8/8/14, Paul has FAILED to purchase a Nevada MME Producer Certificate in the open market. FACT.

Get your facts straight.

If an MCIG employee has an AGENT ID, who is the person, and what MME Cultivator/Producer/Lab/MJ Dispensary is that employee REGISTERED TO?

The above statement from Les is also funny, because I was the one that did most of the DD on all of this. I know how this works better than Les. I had to educate him on this very topic, so for him to call me out on DD is laughable.


This is another one of Les's classic strawman argument debate tactics. Les was the First to claim mcig had a 'License'. I pointed out that they do not...how funny is that? Nice try.

All MME's are required to have a provisional license at the county level to operate. That is a fact. MCIG has no such provisional license that would allow them to get a state MME Certificate. This is a fact.

The fact is, the post I'm replying to is misleading investors into think I've stated incorrect information.

Pretty simple. Anyone that has been following NV knows that all businesses wishing to operate an mmj cultivation, dispensary, or production facility, and become an MME, had to apply in 2014 for a provisional license. This is fact. It is a fact that MCIG never applied and has NO provisional mmj license. Therefore they are unable to obtain a MMJ Establishment Certificate. Those are the facts.

The State of Nevada Awards Final and Provisional Certificates/Licenses to Medical Marijuana Establishments (Cultivators, Producers, MJ Dispensories, and labs).

The State of Nevada registers individual Agents unique Agent IDs. The Agent ID has to be a volunteer or worker of a specific MME, is NOT transferable, and is revocable by the State of Nevada.

Agents can only work (or contracted with) as an Agent for an MME Certificate holder. At the end of the day, a business entity MUST have an MME Certificate.

An person registered as an AGENT of an MME can sell MJ ON BEHALF OF THE MME CERTIFICATE HOLDER.

MCIG has no MJ Certificate awarded by the State of Nevada. Therefore, they can't even register any employee as an AGENT.


MCIG WILL HAVE TO TAKE ON DEBT OR DILUTE TO ACTUALLY GET INTO THE MARIJUANA GAME. They don't have enough cash to do so.
