Regarding an MME Agent Certificates we see more made up BS. Any company can partner with a registered Nevada MME holder to act as their agent with very little hassle or expense. TRTC is doing just that with their IVXX MJ Cigarette product. Nevada's MJ statutes clearly allow companies and their employees to hold Agent Certificates. Anyone who has any doubts should follow the links to see the wording in the statutes...

mCig hasn't gone forward with Rollies because the rolling machine they ordered from a Polish manufacturer couldn't handle the load. mCig did some research and designed a new machine which they are having built in China. It's currently undergoing testing and should be ready shortly.

In any event, it could soon be a moot point as mCig is currently entertaining offers to purchase a production and possibly a grow license. With the pps where it is now, it becomes a much more attractive option than it was last summer when the pps was only $.03. Yes, it may cost them some shares, but that's not dilutive if the value of what they purchase is greater or the revenue it brings in is more valuable than the price they pay. If it adds more value to the company it's considered accretive and the pps will continue to go up.
