#77091 RE: MD-420 #77075

The above statement from Les is also funny, because I was the one that did most of the DD on all of this. I know how this works better than Les. I had to educate him on this very topic, so for him to call me out on DD is laughable.

ROTFLMAO What a bunch of revisionist history BS. You never even read the law until I pointed you to the link.

1.) mCig never applied for a Nevada MME (Medical Marijuana Establishment Permit) because it wasn't even on their radar in 2014 when the licenses were granted. They didn't fail in this. It wasn't part of their business plan and probably still isn't.

2.) The reason it's not part of their business plan is because they intend to sell Rollies in multiple states, not just Nevada, and MJ can't be shipped across state lines due to federal law. They need to contract with growers in each state to produce the MJ. They don't currently have the resources to buy grow ops everywhere.

3.) They don't need to have an MME to be able to market Rollies in Nevada. Everything they want to accomplish can be done either by licensing MME growers to produce and sell Rollies (which you agreed was possible) or by being appointed by an MME grow op as their independent contractor agent. Registered MME's can easily issue MME Agent Registration Cards to independent contractors to perform work for them. I've debunked the arguments against this numerous times by quoting the actual Nevada statutes on MME's.

...from my post # 75065 dated July 28...

The claim that only Medical Marijuana Establishments (MME's) can sell and handle marijuana in Nevada and therefore mCig can not sell Rollies services or Rollies is a straw man argument.

No one, including anyone from mCig, has ever said that mCig has an MME registration. To say I agree that mCig does not have an MME registration is correct but a misleading straw man argument. I've never claimed that they do.

The argument is about whether mCig can still sell a product called Rollies and cigarette rolling services in Nevada without an MME Registration Certificate. The claim that they can't has been thoroughly debunked. There is nothing preventing mCig from contracting with one or more MME's to become registered as, and act as an agent of, the MME, offer rolling services for the MME and sell a Rollies branded product for the MME (i.e. hold one or more Medical Marijuana Establishment Agent registration cards). mCig's commission for performing this service can be anything negotiated between the MME and mCig. The fact that mCig can do this is clearly stated in the Nevada regulations governing Medical Marijuana cultivation, processing and sales. Please see the following link for a more complete discussion of the regulations...

(if readers want an example of what real DD looks like read the following link)

Why mCig Doesn't Need an MME Registration to Sell Rollies in Nevada

Repeatedly claiming that mCig doesn't have an MME Registration Certificate or that I agree that it doesn't is not a counter argument. It's an effort to misdirect the discussion and mislead shareholders and reflects poorly on those who continue down this path.
