FACT MCIG Has No NV MME Certificate - as some have noted for over 6 months.

Kinda hard to sell Rollie's Marijuana Cigarettes when one doesn't have an MME Cultivation, Production, or Dispensary Certificate.

MCIG MISSED the August 2014 NV MME Certificate application deadline.

Since August 2014, MCIG has had an opportunity to purchase an MME certificate - BUT HAS FAILED TO ACTUALLY PURCHASE ONE.

Currently, the State of NV IS STILL CLOSED FOR NEW APPLICATIONS.

MME Certificates Are REQUIRED To Sell Marijuana.

The State of Nevada Awards Final and Provisional Certificates/Licenses to Medical Marijuana Establishments (Cultivators, Producers, MJ Dispensories, and labs).

The State of Nevada registers individual Agents unique Agent IDs. The Agent ID has to be a volunteer or worker of a specific MME, is NOT transferable, and is revocable by the State of Nevada.

Agents can only work (or contracted with) as an Agent for an MME Certificate holder. At the end of the day, a business entity MUST have an MME Certificate.

An person registered as an AGENT of an MME can sell MJ ON BEHALF OF THE MME CERTIFICATE HOLDER.

MCIG has no MJ Certificate awarded by the State of Nevada. Therefore, they can't even register any employee as an AGENT.


MCIG WILL HAVE TO TAKE ON DEBT OR DILUTE TO ACTUALLY GET INTO THE MARIJUANA GAME. They don't have enough cash to do so.

Show me in the law were there is any reference to MME Licenses! THERE IS NO SUCH THING!!! Medical Marijuana Establishments are granted a Medical Marijuana Establshment (MME) Registration Certificate. Do some real DD and read the freakin law!..
