I was a Coroware employee and was always paid on time so I'm not sure where you're getting your information from. And let's be honest. Do you think Microsoft would be doing business with a consulting company that isn't somewhat financially responsible? I've on boarded vendors while working at Microsoft and there's quite a bit of scrutiny involved on the Microsoft side; especially finance related matters.
