Why wont Lloyd contact a recruiter and look for a job

Good question. He is only 59, so he still has some good years ahead of him. And personally I would not be able to stand the constant haranguing from unpaid vendors and employees I can't pay on the $2,481 cash the Company had in the bank as of March 31, 2016 in the most recent 10-Q.

But Lloyd's woeful performance as CEO of COWI doesn't exactly help his resume. Neither does the illegal stock repurchases and constantly late SEC filings. Legitimate companies want to see honest dealings and projects completed on time, two things that Lloyd has serious difficulties doing.
