maverick 1,

Might that second option you suggest draw some unwanted attention perhaps with regard to unusual trading activity?

Flipper, Dan88 and ALL: Short Position disclosure AH next Tues 7/12:

To date no other theory aside from my own(of short coverS as expressed here:http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=123543575 ) on over 5 mln shs bought from NWBO's deletion from all three of Russell Indices.

From Dan88's post today:

If no major short covering within the next few weeks, I will ban myself to post anything in this board. Unless shorts have bullets penetrate their heads, a major short covering is coming!

From AdamFkstein's post: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=123722308 :

The buyers of this week's deal were PIPE funds, which means they've already sold the stock they bought. They only care about the free warrants.

Let's assume that Adam's opinion above is correct. I would NOT put it past him to know given his massive network: keeping an open mind! AND the shorts as indicated here do have the most exposure that is time sensitive:
post 65588: BIG IF: "NWBO Short HF's COVERED a portion of what is Short"
post 65591: "Coursing thru the Short NWBO HF minds";
post 65662: "Expanding on my theory, barring a plausible alternative being presented here, is how I see the short's main concerns being locking in a profit as the incremental below say the 60 cts level is small",

We'll have to wait for Short Interest update

Whereas Institutional ownership VERY LAGGING (Two New Instl July 5th placement of 7.5 mln shs will NOT be reported till probably mid NOV!

So my theory at this moment in time says:
1)AF may be correct since their risk is large. IF those two new instl buyers of the 7.5 mln shs used it to COVER then most of the legal short
interest would then be covered: that would not show up until July 26th:

Although this may appear to go contrary to my last post #66065:"This small capital raise of $3.7 MLN with TWO NEW INST'L Investors IMPLIES":
on balance the other partners of Charden along with the executive in charge of Charden Capital Mkts may have over ruled that of Globa as indicated here :http://chardancm.com/investment-banking/
and here: http://chardancm.com/leadership/

Still maintain IF CEO Linda Powers resorted in 2014 to Charden
Capital vs HC Wainwright (which owns Rodman Renshaw)who has raised over $110 mln over the years in the US etc has done much in bringing public let alone institutional awareness of NWBO, let alone countered AFraudstein mouthpiece whereas Dr. Gbloa Amusa's demonstrated WW exposure and acheived stature. So I do not believe the past two years of WILD roller coaster would have developed courtesy of the hyper aggressiveness of Shorts is still my take! as Dr.Gbola Amusa joined Charden Capital in 2014 and clearly had to know NWBO Bd of Dir.:Dr. Navid Malik* (Gbola: a buddy+) since they were competitors in London! during the 2007-2013 period. It should be clear by now that Dr. Gbola Amusa is head and shoulders above that of Neil Woodford's team in this area.

AND BTW:
Purr does speak out of both sides of the mouth along with many other characteristics duly noted by many enduring toe to toe encounters: During the late Aug 2014 revised PH3 trials he argued for AA causing lots of posters to buy short term Call Options and many lost ALL: example of RedBaron in Germany!

$2 mln MTG taken out on Swanston UK mfg facility is DUE NOV 2016! unlike IC's

Going down to the wire here.

UNDERSTANDING BIOTEC Investing is MORE THAN JUST THE SCIENCE as even Larry Smith has belatedly acknowledged:it's also about understanding the players;the markets; and relationships! The earlier one recognizes it... the better.

YET AGAIN:Different Strokes for Different Folks.

2 Weeks later another SI report.

1)Notice this took place even though Shorts knew NWBO needed financing 7/5!
and
2)Clearly contradicts AFraudstein said re that placement.
Doesn't square with what I've posted on Charden Capital!
3) Debunks what Sentiment and Flipper were thinking after Russel event: buyers could lend it out: Institutions don't use margin!
