See if any SEC filing changes for Instl Owners that either exceed 5% requires a special filing. Otherwise normal quarterly update re June 30 Institutional List will not appear till mid Aug 15th!

IMHO HF Shorts Covering with the Russell event do have two options:
1) Reflect a decline in Short Interest

OR

IF I WERE IN THEIR SHOES I WOULD ELECT TO STILL SHOW HIGH SHORT INTEREST FIGURES TO NOT CONFIRM THAT ANY COVERING TOOK PLACE. INSTEAD I WOULD EXTINGUISH THE ILLEGAL NAKED SHORTS!
